【摘要】 總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外提升機(jī)智能故障診斷研究現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了幾種目前常用的診斷技術(shù),概述了智能診斷技術(shù)在礦井提升機(jī)上的應(yīng)用,指出了由模糊理論和人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等人工智能技術(shù)組成的組合式智能診斷新方法,是礦井提升機(jī)故障智能診斷技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)保證礦井安全、高效和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行具有重要意義。
【英文摘要】 The present situation of research on the fault intelligent diagnosis technology for hoist at home and abroad is summed up and several commonly used diagnostic techniques are presented.Application of the intelligent diagnosis technology in mine hoist is summarized.It thinks that the new combined intelligent diagnosis method consisting of the fuzzy theory and artificial neural net is a development trend of the fault intelligent diagnosis technology for the mine hoist.The technology is of importance to guarant...

【正文快照】 我國(guó)是一個(gè)煤炭生產(chǎn)大國(guó),而礦井提升機(jī)又是煤礦生產(chǎn)最重要的大型設(shè)備之一,它擔(dān)負(fù)著提升人員、設(shè)備、煤炭、矸石的任務(wù)。每年由于提升機(jī)發(fā)生故障而引起停工停產(chǎn),甚至人員傷亡的事故令人觸目驚心。據(jù)對(duì)全國(guó)l4個(gè)省45個(gè)礦務(wù)局的112個(gè)煤礦統(tǒng)計(jì),從1980—1990年的10a間,共發(fā)生了126起
