【摘要】 主要介紹離心干燥機(jī)在聚合物造粒加工后處理中的應(yīng)用、發(fā)展及國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀。對(duì)比Gala和CarterDay兩大公司相關(guān)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的差異,簡(jiǎn)述其脫水、干燥的基本原理及結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。盡管該機(jī)械已經(jīng)得到大量工程應(yīng)用,但缺乏詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)理論。深入開(kāi)展相關(guān)理論研究對(duì)于正確選型和開(kāi)發(fā)我國(guó)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的高效率機(jī)器至為重要。
【英文摘要】 Applications and development as well as the current status of centrifugal pellet dryer were introduced. Different dryer structures from Gala and Carter Day were compared. Its basic mechanisms and structural characteristics of dewatering and drying of typical patented machines were analyzed.
