【摘要】 針對國內(nèi)豎爐球團礦二次冷卻的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,提出其存在問題,介紹濟鋼球團1#豎爐采用新型二次冷卻器的設(shè)計特點,冷卻原理及應(yīng)用效果。
【英文摘要】 Considering the present application condition of secondary condenser for shaft furnace pellet in our country and its existent problems.The Cooling principle,Features and application effect of the secondary condenser in Jinan Iron and Steel Corporation is main discussed in this article.

【正文快照】 1前言目前,國內(nèi)豎爐球團廠對球團礦的冷卻,一般采用爐外或爐內(nèi)二次冷卻。其中爐外冷卻又分豎冷器、鏈板機加鋼絲網(wǎng)帶機自然風冷、帶式冷卻機和環(huán)冷機四種形式。除環(huán)式冷卻機外,其它三種冷卻設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及冷卻效果一直不盡人意,而爐內(nèi)二次冷卻器的冷卻效果更差,其排礦溫度在3
