據(jù)道瓊斯3月4日消息，摩根士丹利表示，2016年全球?qū)⒂?個油氣生產(chǎn)項目有望獲得最終批準，比2014年獲得最終批準的6個項目增加一個。今年全球?qū)⒂?2個項目可能獲得批準，但是只有12個項目在油價50美元/桶以下可能獲得贏利，另外有5個項目不太可能向前推進。今年有望獲得批準的項目包括一個投資100億美元的墨西哥灣石油項目和埃及一個投資90億美元的天然氣項目。

Seven oil and natural-gas production projects are likely to receive final approval in 2016, up from six last year, Morgan Stanley says. Sixty-two projects could be approved this year, but only 12 could break even under $50, and another five of those are unlikely to get the go-ahead. The likely approvals this year include a $10B Gulf of Mexico oil project and $9B natural-gas project in Egypt.
