委內瑞拉石油危機在于產量而不是價格

　　據(jù)道瓊斯9月16日消息，總部位于委內瑞拉首都加拉加斯的商業(yè)咨詢公司Ecoanalitica表示，請忘記石油價格。如果委內瑞拉不能抑制原油產量下降，油價也不能挽救委內瑞拉。分析師們估計受2016年石油產量下降近10%的影響，委內瑞拉已經損失了14億美元的石油收入。委內瑞拉政府已經沒有足夠的資金用于石油行業(yè)的投資以及支付糧食等基礎品的進口費用。當前委內瑞拉的石油產量約為230萬桶/天，與政府兩年前設定的目標相差近80萬桶/天。

Venezuelas Oil Crisis Is In Production, Not Price

Forget the price of oil, says Caracas business consultancy Ecoanalitica. If Venezuela cant stop crude output from declining, there wont be a price that can save us. The analysts estimate that Venezuela has missed out on $1.4B in revenues due to a nearly 10% loss in output during 2016 as the cash-strapped government struggles to invest in the oil industry as well as pay for imports of basics like food. At around 2.3 million barrels per day, Venezuelas oil production is nearly 800,000 barrels below the production target the government set two years ago.
