中國(guó)11月西非原油進(jìn)口量或?qū)?chuàng)下兩年多來(lái)新高

　　據(jù)海外媒體10月31日北京報(bào)道，根據(jù)路透社周一對(duì)運(yùn)輸裝置和貿(mào)易商進(jìn)行的一次調(diào)查，由于中國(guó)煉油企業(yè)競(jìng)相增加庫(kù)存以及彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)不斷下降的石油產(chǎn)量，中國(guó)11月份西非原油的裝載量有望達(dá)到其過(guò)去兩年多來(lái)的最高水平。

　　路透社周一的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，中國(guó)11月份西非原油的日裝載量有望達(dá)到120萬(wàn)桶，其中大部分是安哥拉原油，這將是2014年9月以來(lái)的最高西非原油日進(jìn)口量。12月份的預(yù)訂量預(yù)計(jì)也同樣強(qiáng)勁。

Aspects能源公司亞洲分析師米哈爾?梅丹說(shuō)，中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)量不斷下降以及戰(zhàn)略儲(chǔ)備繼續(xù)生成對(duì)原油的需求。中國(guó)煉油企業(yè)在9月底結(jié)束大修以后以及中國(guó)新年來(lái)臨前也增加了開(kāi)工率。

梅丹說(shuō)，為了確保中國(guó)政府在2017年更新他們的進(jìn)口配額，中國(guó)的獨(dú)立煉油企業(yè)也熱衷于在今年年底前進(jìn)口更多的原油。

China Gobbles up Angolan Oil in Rush to Year End

Chinas loadings of West African crude are set to hit their highest in more than two years in November as the nations refineries race to stock up and offset falling domestic oil production, according to a Reuters survey of shipping fixtures and traders.

Chinas November West African crude oil loadings, the bulk of it Angolan, are on track to reach 1.2 million barrels per day (bpd), the highest since September 2014, the survey showed on Monday. December bookings are already expected to be similarly strong.

Domestic production declines and stockpiling continue to generate demand for crude, said Michal Meidan, Asia analyst with Energy Aspects. Chinese refiners are also raising runs after the end of heavy maintenance which ended in September and ahead of the Chinese New Year.

Meidan said independent refineries, known as teapots, are keen to import before the end of the year to ensure the government renews its import quotas in 2017.
