盧克石油計(jì)劃收購(gòu)阿聯(lián)酋海上天然氣項(xiàng)目Ghasha 5%的股份

據(jù)塔斯社7月23日?qǐng)?bào)道，俄羅斯盧克石油公司首席執(zhí)行官瓦吉特?阿列克佩羅夫(Vagit Alekperov)對(duì)記者表示，該公司計(jì)劃收購(gòu)阿聯(lián)酋海上天然氣項(xiàng)目Ghasha 5%的股份，該項(xiàng)目目前由阿聯(lián)酋的阿布扎比國(guó)家石油公司(ADNOC)持有。

阿列克佩羅夫稱:“我希望我們?cè)?月至10月簽署（這份文件）的5%。談判的最后階段正在進(jìn)行中”。

之前有報(bào)道稱，盧克石油公司考慮進(jìn)入阿聯(lián)酋Ghasha海上天然氣特許權(quán)，期限為40年，包括哈爾油田、加爾沙油田、達(dá)爾瑪油田和Al Dhafra地區(qū)的其他近海油田。

意大利的埃尼集團(tuán)(Eni)(25%)、德國(guó)的溫特沙爾公司(Wintershall)(10%)和奧地利的OMV集團(tuán)(OMV)(5%)都是承租方。

Lukoil to sign documents on acquisition of 5% in UAE project

Lukoil plans to acquire a 5% stake in the offshore gas project Ghasha in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) that is currently held by UAE’s ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), Chief Executive Officer of the Russian oil production giant Vagit Alekperov told reporters on Tuesday.

"I hope we will sign [the document] on entry by 5% in September-October," Alekperov said, adding that this will most probably take place in October. "The active final part of negotiations is underway," he noted.

It was reported earlier that Lukoil considers the option of entering the Ghasha offshore gas concession in the UAE. The term of the concession is 40 years and it comprises Hail, Ghasha, Dalma and other offshore fields in the Al Dhafra area.

Italy's Eni (25%), Germany's Wintershall (10%), and Austria's OMV (5%) are parties to the concession.
