BP阿曼公司準備啟動Ghazeer天然氣項目

據TABNI網站6月22日馬斯喀特報道，英國石油公司（BP）旗下的阿曼分公司BP阿曼公司正準備在阿曼Ghazeer油氣田啟動一個5億立方英尺的天然氣項目，如今99%的設備已經準備好投產。

BP阿曼公司董事長Eng Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Ojaili在給阿曼通訊社(ONA)的一份聲明中說，該公司運營的阿曼哈贊天然氣項目的天然氣日產量目前為10億立方英尺，未來將上升到15億立方英尺。

Al-Ojaili補充說，BP阿曼公司哈贊天然氣項目每天還生產3.5萬桶凝析油，隨著Ghazeer天然氣項目的投產，凝析油產量將增加一倍。

Al-Ojaili說，BP阿曼公司的鉆井作業(yè)正在全力進行，并指出在哈贊致密氣田和Ghazee油氣田已經完鉆了126口井，而該公司計劃在15年內鉆取300口井。

Al-Ojaili指出，BP阿曼公司目前已經執(zhí)行了價值93億美元的投資，而擁有哈贊致密氣田和Ghazee油氣田的第61號區(qū)塊計劃投資160億美元。

BP Oman set to start production at Ghazeer gas project

BP Oman is bracing for the launch of the 500-million-cubic feet gas project at Ghazeer field with the installations 99% ready for the start of production.

In a statement to Oman News Agency (ONA), BP Oman Chairman Eng Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Ojaili said that production of gas from the company's Khazzan gas project now stands at 1 billion cubic feet a day and it will rise to 1.5 billion cubic feet a day.

The company also produces 35,000 barrels of condensates per day, and this rate is set to double with the start of production at Ghazeer gas project, he added.

Drilling at the company’s sites is progresses at full swing, said Al-Ojaili, noting that 126 wells were drilled at Khazzan and Ghazeer, out of a planned 300 wells over 15 years.

Al-Ojaili pointed out that the company has so far executed $9.3-billion-worth of investments out of a target of $16 billion planned for Block 61, which houses Khazzan and Ghazeer projects.
