俄羅斯石油公司完成2019年股息支付

據(jù)7月17日Neftegaz.Ru消息：2020年7月14日，俄羅斯石油公司完成其年度股東大會于2020年6月2日批準的2019年股息支付。

股息支付總額為1914.6631億盧布，支付給了該公司99.98 %的股東。

與此同時，向公司股東名冊上所列股東支付的股息提前獲得了俄羅斯石油公司年度股東大會的批準。

2020年6月2日舉行的年度股東大會上決定分配1,915億盧布用于支付2019年俄羅斯石油公司股票的股息(每股為18盧布07戈比)。

考慮到2019年上半年的中期股息，每股股息總額為33盧布41戈比，股息支付總額達到創(chuàng)紀錄的3,541億盧布，相當于該公司國際財務報告準則歸屬于俄羅斯石油公司股東的凈利潤的50％。

Rosneft completed dividend payments for 2019

On July 14, 2020, Rosneft completed dividend payments for 2019 approved by the Annual General Shareholder Meeting (AGSM) of Rosneft Oil Company on June 2, 2020.

Total dividend payment amounted to 191,466.31 million rubles. The dividends were paid to holders of 99.98 % of Rosneft shares.

At the same time, dividend payments to the shareholders listed on the company’s shareholder register were made ahead of schedule approved by the AGSM of Rosneft Oil Company.

Rosneft shareholders at the AGSM on June 02, 2020 resolved to allocate 191.5 billion rubles for the payment of dividends on Rosneft shares for 2019 (18 rubles 07 kopecks per one issued share).

Taking into account the payment of interim dividends for H1 2019, the total dividend per share for 2019 amounts to 33 rubles 41 kopecks. The total dividend payout reached a record 354.1 billion rubles, which corresponds to 50% of the company's IFRS net profit attributable to the shareholders of Rosneft.
