道達(dá)爾同意將林賽煉油廠出售給Prax集團(tuán)

據(jù)道瓊斯7月27日消息，法國石油巨頭道達(dá)爾公司周一表示，公司已經(jīng)同意將位于英格蘭的林賽煉廠出售給Prax集團(tuán)。

道達(dá)爾公司表示，該交易預(yù)計(jì)在今年底前完成，包括相關(guān)的物流資產(chǎn)、權(quán)利和義務(wù)。

該交易的財(cái)務(wù)細(xì)節(jié)沒有對(duì)外公布。

Total SE said Monday that it has agreed to sell the Lindsey refinery, located in England, to Prax Group.

The deal, which is expected to closed by the end of the year, includes related logistic assets, rights and obligations, the French oil major said.
