日本2月LNG現(xiàn)貨價格維持高位

據(jù)3月10日offshore energy消息：2月進口到日本的液化天然氣現(xiàn)貨價格已從1月創(chuàng)紀錄的高位回落。

日本經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)省的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2月簽約的液化天然氣現(xiàn)貨價格達到12.7美元/百萬英熱。低于1月報告的18.5美元/百萬英熱。

但遠遠高于2020年2月報告的每百萬桶3.4美元的合同價格。

2021年2月運抵日本的液化天然氣現(xiàn)貨價格達到16.3美元/百萬英熱。較上月報告的15.5美元/百萬英熱有所增加。

這也遠高于去年同期的5.5美元/百萬英熱。

2021年2月的到達價格與2014年5月的最高水平持平。

經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)省只調(diào)查日本公用事業(yè)公司和其他進口商購買的液化天然氣現(xiàn)貨。

不包括與特定價格指數(shù)相關的貨物交易，如美國亨利中心和JKM。

Japanese spot LNG prices remain high in February

Prices of spot liquefied natural gas (LNG) imported into Japan during the month of February have slipped from record highs achieved in January.

Data from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry shows that the price of spot LNG contracted during February 2021 reached $12.7 per mmBtu.

This is below the $18.5 mmBtu reported for January 2021.

It is also well above the contract-based price of $3.4 per mmBtu reported in February 2020.

The price of spot LNG arriving into Japan in February 2021 reached $16.3 per mmBtu. This is an increase from the $15.5 per mmBtu reported in the previous month.

It is also well above the $5.5 per mmBtu reported in the corresponding month in 2020.

The February 2021 arrival-based price equals the previously highest level reached in May 2014.

The ministry surveys only spot LNG cargoes purchased by Japanese utilities and other importers.

It excludes cargo deals linked to a particular price index such as the US Henry Hub and the JKM.
