檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)技術(shù)要求：

1、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)工作面不得有嚴(yán)重影響外觀和使用性能的砂孔、氣孔、裂紋、夾渣、縮松、劃痕、碰傷、繡點(diǎn)等缺陷。2、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的鑄造表面應(yīng)清除型砂且平整，涂漆牢固。 3、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)精度等級(jí)為0級(jí)~3級(jí)的平板工作面上，直徑小于15mm的砂孔允許用相同材料堵塞，其硬度應(yīng)小于周圍材料的硬度。工作面堵塞的砂孔應(yīng)不多于4個(gè)，且砂孔之間的距離應(yīng)不小于80mm。 4、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)應(yīng)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)細(xì)密的灰口鑄鐵等材料制造，其工作面硬度應(yīng)為170~220HB。 5、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)工作面通常采用刮削工藝。對(duì)采用刮削加工的3級(jí)平臺(tái)工作面，其表面粗糙度Ra最大允許值為5μm。 6、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)應(yīng)去磁和穩(wěn)定性處理。 7、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)相對(duì)兩個(gè)側(cè)面上，應(yīng)有安裝手柄或吊環(huán)裝置的螺紋孔（或圓柱孔），且裝置位置的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)盡量減少因搬運(yùn)而引起的變形。 8.若檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)工作面上設(shè)置螺紋孔（或溝槽），其部位應(yīng)不高于工作面。

The working surface, when inspected visually, shall be free from blowholes, sand holes, cracks, slag inclusions scratches, porous patches and other visual flaws.

The working surface shall be clean and uniform and the other sides shall be painted well.

The plugging of blowholes or porous patches in the working surface with material of a similar composition is permitted provided that such a repair does not affect stability or accuracy.

The raw material of Cast Iron Surface Plate shall be the close-grained cast iron whose hardness is of HB 170~220.

Where tapped holes or inserts are required the necessary work shall be carried out before the working surface is finished.

1、為了防止檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)發(fā)生變形，在吊裝檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)時(shí)，要用四根同樣長(zhǎng)度的鋼絲繩同時(shí)掛住檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上得四個(gè)起重孔，將檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)平穩(wěn)吊裝在運(yùn)輸工具上。檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)不可以堆疊存放，防止因?yàn)槎询B擠壓造成檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)變形 2、將檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)支承點(diǎn)墊好、墊平，保證每個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)受力均勻，保證整個(gè)檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)平穩(wěn)。 3、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)安裝時(shí)將檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的各個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)用調(diào)整墊鐵墊好、墊實(shí)，由專業(yè)技術(shù)人員將檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)調(diào)整至合格精度。 4、使用檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)時(shí)，安裝機(jī)械設(shè)備零件時(shí)，不要在檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上安裝，更不可以使用榔頭、鉗子等工具敲打檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。安放機(jī)械設(shè)備零件應(yīng)該輕拿輕放，防止機(jī)械設(shè)備零件和檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)強(qiáng)烈碰撞。如果檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)表面和機(jī)械零件發(fā)生碰撞，應(yīng)把收到撞擊凹陷或凸起的部分修復(fù)好后再繼續(xù)使用；不要在檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上挪動(dòng)比較粗糙的工件，以免對(duì)檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)工作面造成磕碰、劃傷等損壞； 5、為了防止檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)整體變形，使用完畢后，要將工件從檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上拿下來，避免工件長(zhǎng)時(shí)間對(duì)檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)重壓造成檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的變形。 6、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)不用時(shí)要及時(shí)將工作面洗凈，然后涂上一層防銹油，并用防銹紙蓋上，用檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的外包裝將檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)蓋好，以防止平時(shí)不注意造成對(duì)檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)工作面的損傷。 7、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)應(yīng)安裝在通風(fēng)、干燥的環(huán)境中，并遠(yuǎn)離熱源、有腐蝕的氣體、有腐蝕的液體。 8、檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)行定期周檢，檢定周期根據(jù)具體情況可為6-12個(gè)月。

4. Care should be taken that, wherever possible, the load on a surface plate is distributed over the working surface.

5. Use should be made of the full available area of the working surface and not concentrated on any one area.a common form of damage to cast iron surface plates is burrs on the working surface. the excess metal may be stoned away by attention confined to the burr. this operation should be followed by thorough cleaning with abrasive dust. if the surface plate is not required for some days, the surface should be coated with a corrosion preventive, such as petroleum jelly. rusting is a sign of neglect and misuse. its effects can be reduced by frequently wiping the top when in use and by occasionally gently rubbing with another surface plate.

6. Users are advised to take advantage of the specialized services of surface plate manufacturers to have surface plates reconditioned.
