可將各種橡膠塊、條任意切斷。適應(yīng)于各種斜膠輪胎、鋼絲輪胎、橡膠條等橡膠件的切斷。
[結(jié)構(gòu)與原理]
該機由一對刀片、二臺減速電機、機架及轉(zhuǎn)動機構(gòu)等組成。其基本原理為通過二臺電機的等速運轉(zhuǎn)，分別帶動二刀片作相對運轉(zhuǎn)，促使兩刀具形成剪切之勢，將物料置于兩刀片之間，并向前推動，達(dá)到剪切之效果。

該設(shè)備剪切力大，剪切效果好，剪切速度快，能耗低，體積小，移動十分方便，由于采用慢轉(zhuǎn)速，故操作方便、安全。

Structure and principle: The machine consist of a pair of blade，two retarding motors， frame and transmission mechanism etc。 its Basic principle is through the two electrical machineries turning round at the same speed to drive the two blades making relative turning round separately， impeling the two cutters to form the shearing tendency，putting the materials between the two blades and promoting forward，finally getting the result of shearing。
